Googify Sync

Googify Sync offers bi-directional sync between enterprise voice messaging systems such as Cisco Unity and Google Gmail/Microsoft Office365 services. It's designed to work on Windows OS/Linux as a perfect drop-in replacement for Esna/Avaya CloudLink. It can be installed on the same box as CloudLink and user can choose disable Cloudlink and turn on Googify Sync service in a few minutes thanks to its small footprint.

Bi-directional Voice Message Synchronization between enterprise voice messaging system (e.g: Cisco Unity) and Google Gmail service / Microsoft Office365
Actions such as reading, playback, and deleting from Gmail/Office365 are reflected on the enterprise voice mail system
Similar actions within the enterprise voice messaging system are updated in real-time with the corresponding message on Gmail/Office365 side.
Transcription powered by Google Cloud Speech-to-text state-of-the-art AI technologies.

DOES GOOGIFY SYNC WORK THE SAME AS Esna/Avaya CloudLink?

Googify syncs voice messages to Gmail / Office365 and sync read/delete back to voice mail system to turn off MWI. However Googify has been designed specifically for this one task. Due to this Googify, uses far less resources.

CAN I INSTALL GOOGIFY ON MY EXISTING CLOUDLINK SERVER?

YES
Since Googify Sync is designed specifically for voice message syncing, it uses much less resources than other platforms. It can be installed on the same server as Cloudlink server, just simply disable Cloudlink and turn on Googify Sync. Our professional services team will be glad to help you with this.There is no other hardware or software investment needed, it's a perfect drop-in replacement to save lots of hassle

HOW SIMPLE IT IS FOR THE INSTALL?

The install is way easier than most customers could imagine. Googify Sync is pretty much a green software that has no complex setup or registry settings spreading here and there. Everything is extracted in one folder (only a few files) and ready to run after basic parameters fill-in.

WHAT OPERATING SYSTEMS DO YOU SUPPORT?

Googify has been validated and tested on 64bit Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019 server. It has also been validated and tested on Windows 7 and 10.Additionally, Googify Sync can also run on Linux environments if requested

Do you support Transcription (Speech-To-Text)?

Yes, we do support transcription that adopts the modern Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API to accurately convert speech into text powered by Google’s AI technologies with enhanced "phone_call" model.

Do you require production server to open firewall to allow public internet to call back in?

No need. Googify Sync always proactively calls out into public cloud service (e.g.: Gmail messages and history) and doesn't need to expose Http/Tcp ports to the public internet for cloud services to call back.It's more secure and simplify IT admin's task since it doesn't need to configure firewall to open certain ports for inbound call

Do you require me to purchase Google Cloud Pub/Sub service to facilitate Gmail read/delete action sync back to Cisco Unity?

No need. Googify Sync runs independently without the need of extra Cloud Services such as Google Cloud Pub/Sub
